I am the only one who has access to confidential client information. Clients’ clinical records are stored on my computer and are password protected. My computer is kept in a locked cabinet in a locked room when not in use. If I print any confidential client information, it is also kept in a locked cabinet.
My website is also secure in the areas where you provide sensitive information. I will not release any client information to any outside party without a Release of Information from the client.
